I'm unable to use Self-Service

Having issues using the self-service password application visit our Contact Form.

  1. Fill in contact information.

  2. Select Current or Former Student

  3. Select the Gateway Login & Password Reset option.

If verification questions can not be answered then email or fax the following information. 

  • Valid Governmental issued photo ID
  • SF State ID#
  • Email Address
  • Signature
